Oh Goodie!

Fruit is starting to come in.  Cherries have come and gone already, peaches will be in after not too long, and in-between there will be all of the bramble berries (raspberries, black raspberries, blackberries, boysenberries, etc).  And I forgot to even mention the blueberries.  Hmmmmmm  Where will I get blueberries this year?

Well with all this fruit hanging around you may be looking for easy desserts to throw together at the end of a busy day.  I have just the thing!  Goodie!

Mango Fruit Sauce

Have some fruit hanging around that you don't know what to do with?  Boy do I have a plan for you!

A good fairy left two Atualfo mangoes and a huge fruit cup from Whole Foods when I was at work last week.

It didn't take me long to figure out what to do with them.  I started by seeding the mangoes and scraping the flesh off the peels into the blender.
