Spring Greens

the world is in the midst of its re-greening!  I love walking through the yard each day to see what new plants are up and reminding myself which ones are nicely munchy and which are best for just looking at.  One of my recent favorite spring greens is curly or yellow dock.

The Mega Cheese Sandwich with Fries

The other day I was hankering for a cheese sandwich.  I don't eat cheese sandwiches with much regularity, except when our work schedule demands it.  Usually these sandwiches consist merely of homemade bread, mayo, cheese and, if it's available, a bit of greenery (lettuce, mustard greens, or whatever).
